Corporate Headshot Examples
Corporate teams need headshots that read consistent across hundreds of bios, decks, and email signatures. The standard is clean lighting, a neutral or branded backdrop, and an expression that signals approachable competence. What changes from one company to the next is wardrobe formality, background palette, and how tightly the brand controls style. Below, real corporate headshots enhanced by AI for color, sharpness, and uniform output.
Lawyer Headshot Examples
Lawyer headshots show up everywhere a potential client is deciding who to trust. Firm bio pages, state bar directories, legal directories, LinkedIn profiles, email signatures. Trust gets built or broken in those first impressions, and consistency across the firm is what signals a serious practice. The standard is conservative: dark suit, soft natural light, neutral backdrop, eye contact, no distractions. Below, real lawyer headshots AI-enhanced to match firm-wide standards.
Doctor & Medical Headshot Examples
Medical headshots build patient trust before the first appointment. They appear on insurance directory listings, telehealth platforms, hospital staff pages, and physician profiles, often as the very first thing a patient sees. The standard skews warm and approachable while staying professional, often with a white coat for clinical roles or business attire for non-clinical. Below, real medical headshots AI-enhanced for color, sharpness, and a uniform look across the practice.
Real Estate Headshot Examples
Real estate headshots end up on yard signs, MLS listings, brokerage team pages, business cards, Zillow profiles, and direct mail. They are the persistent face of an agent's brand, so consistency matters across every surface. The standard leans approachable and confident: open posture, warm expression, business or business casual attire, often with a hint of color. Below, real headshots from agents and brokerage teams, AI-enhanced to match brokerage standards.
Creative Headshot Examples
Creative agencies, design studios, and modern brands use headshots to express personality, not just professionalism. The standard breaks more rules: more variety in posing, color palettes, and wardrobe; outdoor settings; environmental context; and looser framing. The throughline is intentional brand expression, not generic professionalism. Below, real creative and casual headshots AI-enhanced for color and clarity while preserving the original feel.
LinkedIn Headshot Examples
LinkedIn headshots are the highest-leverage employee photo your company has. Profiles with strong photos get 21x more views, 9x more connection requests, and 36x more messages. The standard is tight cropping with the face filling about 60 percent of the frame, a genuine smile, soft natural lighting, a solid or subtly branded background, and attire one level above daily norm. Frequently Asked Questions
What makes a great team headshot example?
Three things: consistent lighting and framing across the team, attire and expression appropriate to the industry, and a backdrop that does not compete with the face. The examples in each section above show what those look like in practice for different industries.
Are these real photos or AI-generated headshots?
Real photos. Every example above was captured by an actual person on their own smartphone or webcam, then enhanced by Scale Headshots for color, lighting, and background. We do not generate synthetic likenesses. The AI cleans the photo. The photo is still you.
Can my team take headshots from their own phones?
Yes. That is what these are. Modern smartphone cameras are good enough; Scale handles the rest of the process: lighting correction, background replacement, color matching to your brand standards.
What is the difference between corporate, executive, and LinkedIn headshots?
They overlap. Corporate is the broad category for company website and bio use. Executive is a tighter subset for leadership team photos that appear in press kits and investor materials. LinkedIn is the platform-specific framing optimized for LinkedIn's photo dimensions and use patterns. The same person can shoot all three from one capture if you set up the right styles.
How do you keep headshots consistent across a large team?
An admin sets the styles (background, color treatment, framing) once. Every team member gets the same guided capture flow on their device. The output matches your brand standard automatically. You can review each headshot before it goes into rotation.
How long does it take to get headshots back?
Each headshot is processed in minutes after capture. For a team rollout, the time-to-completion depends on how quickly your team members complete their captures, not on us. A typical 100-person team finishes in under a week.
What happens if someone is not happy with their headshot?
Each credit includes up to 5 retakes. The team member can recapture without using another credit. Admins can also send the headshot back for retake from the dashboard.
Can I get headshots in multiple styles from one photo?
Yes. One capture generates every output you have configured: a LinkedIn-optimized crop, a website hero, an email signature thumbnail, an ID badge headshot. One photo, every format.
