No. Scale Headshots are real photos of real people, not AI-generated images. Each team member captures their own photo through a guided, mobile-friendly app, then Scale Headshots automatically enhances quality, removes backgrounds, and applies your brand style guidelines.
How do I ensure consistent headshots across the organization?

Each team member receives a link to a self-guided, mobile-friendly app that walks them through capturing a well-lit photo. The technology then removes backgrounds, enhances quality, and applies your exact style specifications.
How is each headshot edited?
Once each of your invitees submits their headshot, our AI-powered editing replaces the background, applies overlays or filters if added, and upscales the photo to enhance overall quality. Each submitted headshot will be automatically edited into each version you've set up in the platform.
What if we need multiple headshot versions for each person?
Our platform is designed to scale so you pay per person, not per edit. Once you've set up the unique output styles you need for each use case (email, badge, web, etc), every submitted and approved headshot will automatically be edited into each version.
Do rejected submissions count as a credit?
Nope! We only want you to pay for quality headshots. Admins have the ability to request up to 4 retakes per contact before another headshot credit will be deducted from your account.
Do I have easy access to all of our team's headshots?
You sure do! The Scale Headshots platform includes access to an admin dashboard where you can manage and download all images, review submissions, organize contacts, and more.
Can my team choose and upload their own headshot backgrounds?
Individual users are not able to upload their own background selections at this time. This happens at a global level, so your admins will determine and set up each of your backgrounds and output styles for your entire team upfront.
Are cell phone cameras good enough for high quality headshots?
Modern smartphone cameras are pretty amazing these days. The biggest factor is getting the right lighting and the right angles, so we do recommend that people have a friend or colleague take the photo over a selfie. Our platform will walk each person through the steps.
