If your brand needs specific styling (custom backdrop hex, particular crop ratio, brand-aligned color grade), the admin sets that once in the Studio configuration and every team headshot automatically conforms.

Photos are transferred over TLS and stored on Scale's cloud providers (Linode and Google Cloud Platform), which provide default encryption at rest.
